Ripped DVD no sound!!

Using MagicDVD Ripper and getting great results ripping my DVD's. That is until I try them on Itunes - no sound. Anyone help ? Ta.

i have had that happen using toast u encode a avi to dvd and there is no sound i would love to know whats it about
