Can you please post more information, including dish size and general location.
26E can require a big dish, 1.1M, to pick up the channels, check the lyngsat link below:
Code:
http://www.lyngsat.com/Badr-4-5-6.html
If you click on the Beam links, on the right hand side, you will get some maps that show the satellite footprint and what you might pick up.

If you're blind scanning I would guess your dish is pulling in some stuff from 28.2e.. Try just scanning the transpoders for 26e... See what signal strength your box shows for a paticular frequency for 26e... But as Micha said, you'll probably need a bigger dish for 26e...

Probably the strongest TP is 12130 V 27500, try that, unless someone knows one that's stronger, even then, with a 1M dish, you'll be lucky to get a picture.

Your dish is out and probably needs fine tweaking to get 26° east, you may be getting all the others but 26° east and 7° west need some small alteration

Check with dishpointer.com, to see you have the correct latitude, & longitude, you need to enter your postcode, then zoom in on the map, and move the marker to where you have your dish located.
You can alter your longitude slightly, to compensate for any dish alignment problems.
