ive left it on still doesnt work just goes from ld:20 to ld:30 then back to ld:20, any one no whats up with the box as ive got a pace and another sammy and they both work fine, is there a way of resetting the box

Your bos needs the proper net id or it will alternate between ld20-30 all the time.
Reset the nvram by shorting the batt and reset the frquency and pin. ~Then try moving the screen onto no3, and you will be told that the box needs to be updated.Let it do it, then after that unplug it and do a cold restart and ur net id will auto update fine
