Default ld:20

ive just recieved a box that i brought off ebay hoping to chip it but i plugged it in to make sure it worked but its saying ld:20 and ld:30 on the screen of the box. what does this mean?

normally takes couple of mins then should load up wht virgin screen.

its been on for about 10 mins now still saying ld:20 and ld:30 with the ntl home screen

the one ive got sometimes goes on to ld20 then ld30 then back to ld20 then back to ld30 and so on, so i unplug it again then go in the engineers menu then unplug and it boots, its done it couple of times, dont know why baffles me

also make sure the cable wire is connected properly, best turn re-boot it, turn power off and then back on.

just went onto the engineers menu then turned it off and back on again it still going from ld:20 to ld:30 and back to ld:20

just went onto eng and the freq was different to my other samsung box so i changed the freq but the net id different also the signal strength is poor but on my other sammy its good
