Hi I have the Eurovox Max 3 one upstairs on a broadband connection and another downstairs on a TV Package connection.

The one downstairs I did a rescan on the other night and a lot of the channels including basic BBC1 ITC etc come up with just black screens. This is the same for a lot of the channels apart from a few.

The one upstairs is fine but I dare try a rescan on it now.

My fathers box has also stopped working.

I think the firmware on each box is October 06 as I purchased all 3 before xmas time.

I have done a factory reset on the one downstairs which gave me 68 channels.

Am I needing to update due to Virgin Media taking over.

I am in Walsall area just in case any one needs that info.

update it with the blue box feb firmware, should solve your probs

Hiya I got two connected in my house and 1 at my Dads

1 is working still which is connected to my broadband connection but I darn't try a scan incase I lose everything.

1 downstairs and 1 at my Dads are both knackered.

Guess I need to find someone to upgrade them for me as I dont like messing with firmware incase I totally fubar the box.
