as far as i can tell ird and bk are correct, i have already got another box working, would you rebbot with card removed and leave to update again

reboot without the card 1st then reboot again with the card in worked for me

came home from work, channels, but some are freezing slightly

if channels are slightly freezing, that would be a weak signal.

yeh ive got a weak signal as my house is right in the corner, all i did was apply a booster to the main line coming into the house did the job :-)
