I am having major problems with this. Im using a pace 1000 and have bk and ird. I have tried the set net id using funcard following the tut but it just doesnt work. I have libdebug. I have serial lead, and null modem lead. I cant get it to communicate i keep getting "comms failure". My questions are: what compatability mode does libby run in? Does the serial lead go to the rs32 output on box and serial on computer? If not what goes where? And finally what order do I do it in? ( plug in, power up then run or run and plug in etc)
Sorry if these are simple questions I cant gey my head round them. I cant get into g mail to see if any tuts or anything as I dont have enough posts. Thanking you for reading. ![]() |

You are doin right mate rs232 goes right into the box but if the programmer is runing it will not allow the port to open. Close all othe program, open the libdebug cfg file, then conect the box then turn the power on. after couple of minutes it should download somedata in to you progarm window. try Com1 and connect then comm2 one of them must be connected. then it will not give an error . Try "GET NET ID" option from the program to test the Connection of lib and box. Thanks Cheers mate
