I have loaded the latest software (01_06_07) onto a few machines today (both un-chipped and ones running March '07 software) and have found the following:-

1) On ones running older software, no problems, mind you there does not seem to be any difference between them, let's see if we get "Updating Data" as much.

2) On fresh units when loaded along with the Channel data file it now seems to take much, much longer to "Update Data" at the start. A way around this I have found is to change channel to S*y Spor*s 1 which for some funny reason makes it Update Data much quicker.

Anyone else found this?

Dolph, I always change to SS after a rescan, always found that it updates within a couple of minutes if I do so.

bought the eurovox sl it came blank managed to download software attached rs232 cable clicked as instructed.all that happened was no com port was found. where is it?
