Default updating firmware

when you put the new firmware 1/6/07 on the eurovox max ,do you then have to delete all the channels and do a powerscan or is it ok to just put firmware on without wiping anything off eurovox. thanks

Just update - no need to powerscan.

I did my EuroVox yesterday & I just put the new firmware on then after I finished I did a powerscan & all my channels came back up perfect! Although some people prefere to save their channels first! Best of luck!...

Are you sure you don't have a clone? The red clone was basically a rehash of the blue clone (so the blue clone firmware would work if this was the case).
