Eurovox in Germany - I should have posted this here!!

I am a UK citizen living in Germany. My parents have just got a EuroVox box (for cable) in the UK and they now receives lots of free English-speaking movie channels. I was there last week - it was great.

I am living near Frankfurt and I have BBC TV via satelite (Astra). Germany is great but German TV sucks!!! Is it possible to buy a Eurovox box in the UK, bring it to Germany and connect it to my satelite and receive all the TV stations my parents receive in the UK?? Alternatively, do you know of any other receiver I can buy for satelite which can do the same function as the Eurovox box does for cable??<!-- google_ad_section_end --><!-- / message -->

The German Premiere package is open on the T-Rex 4.6 cam and has been open in the past on the Technomate TM series of receivers. Probably the best be is to get a TM1500CI and a T-Rex 4.6 cam then you're all set.

Thanks for your quick reply. But I don´t want the German premiere package - I want the UK premiere package. Can I pick up the UK premiere package in Germany using my satellite dish and a Eurovox receiver (which if my understanding is correct would allow me to decode the UK package)??

If you're talking about the UK Sky satellite channels, I have said here in many posts, it is NOT hacked, you will need access to a legitimate viewing card.
