Hi,

My home buyer survey came with following issues:

1. Spring in Floorboards (especially first floor).

2. Overhaul guttering.

Can someone let me know how tto contact building guys to investigate it further? Is that something which requies a lot of work to fix it?

This is a simple fix will not cost the earth
the guttering is not that expensive as well
see if somone can recomend a builder rarther than just ringing somone out of yellow pages
