hi got my ubomb tbc unlooper, what is the best software to use to unlock my rom 11 card

not very good hours mate, mind mine are 4 -12 anyways back to cable related issue......

when i run the software winexplorer i get an error
line to long on line 1
or
object expected on line 1

any ideas or other software to try

sorted it out, had to go into regedit and delete the values, but still not getting very far unlocking the card
