Eurovox red not scanning...pls help

i am trying to power scan for the channels all i have is the level turning green and the quality staying at red 5%.

Also it states TP:000

Whats gone wrong... pls helppppp

sounds like youve got no transponders to scan m8 ,you can load a service file for your area if you can get one, then youll have the TPs and powerscan again.

ive found you one for Luton thats the nearest i can find to your area,you can try this and you will at least get some channels if not all,pm me your email addy if you want it

hello,

I just did that with the file you gave, all i got now was no signal. I also managed to get my cousins who lives 5 doors away from me and still the same thing. No Signal.

Any other ideas anyone. Thanks for the help till now.

try clearing all data first then transfering with your cousins. check what the symbol rate is on that file i sent you,if its not right for your area do a factory reset to your symbol rate then try again with you cousins

to reset a box am right in saying its a small black button i need to press after i unscrew the top cover. Cos after doing that it seems to have the crf i.e. details of the channels i had before. I thought this would get wiped out by factory default.

Am i missing something.

when i said factory reset , you go into menu,configutation,clear data,factory reset and choose the correct symbol rate for your area.only press the reset button inside the box as a last resort
