Default eurovox max 2007 modem problem

since I installed a eurovox max v3 2007 via a 2 way 2-2400 mhz splitter, the TV picture from the eurovox is working fine but the signal to the modem drops out intermittently. this results in loss of connection to the internet, Could it be that that the 25 metre run from the box on the side of the house has resulted in signal drop? If I disconnect one or the other, they both work perfectly individually.
Does anybody know of an in line signal booster that i could plug into the modem that will boost the signal enough to stop it dropping out?

Regards
