Default Made a great mistake...

I have got an awful situation with my domain computer. I have made a great mistake by changing my domain computer to a work group company. I cannot able to log in because I am not having my user name or password. I tried to reset my local admin password by using boot disk tool but it didn’t work at all. My question is I am not the admin, what should I need to do in order to fix to my issue. Do they need any physical access or could they remote in based on the ip address, the server assigns when I log in to the local via admin account? I want to clarify that my account profile still sitting somewhere and can it be retrieved when the domain is switch back. Please help!

Hi Jennifer

Boot disk, SR, Rollback, none will work you need to logon using the local Admin account, and when you log in its good practice to rename this, or if you cant remember it "default is usually named Administrator" you can ring your IT service desk and see if they can provide a temp login, hope it goes OK

thanks anna for your help, I have tried with Administrator it does nt worked and also called the Helpdesk department,yes they provided me the login but even i then its not opening, i called back them telling that its not opening they told me to wait. I will update on this issue as it when happens for now , im choosing another way but i know it is temporary.
