Hi,
I have a modded Pace DI4001NC and since Tuesday when ever i power it up i gets stuck on boot it says Virgin Media is Powering Up. I left it on but still nothing happens. I cant do nothing it wont let me turn the box on and if i take the card out the same thing happens. It wont even let me watch the basic channels like bbc1. Can anyone help.

I got it working now i needed to reset the stb.

Has it gone on to virgin epg straight away, ie no film channel pin box coming up ?

It works now with all channels but only 1 movie channel works the others dont. It says press red to enter pin but when the button is pressed nothing happens. They used to work before when virgin was ntl (with the puple menu). Since virgin took (with black menu) the movie channels dont work execpt the family movie channel.

hi guys, this problem lead me to your forums.

Mine is constantly stuck on powering up virgin screen.

Ive tried the reset codes and they work but dont enable boot up.

I have the error message in my installation menu "CM broadcast ranging faliure"

Anyone got any ideas? Ive had this prob before and changing the frequency of channel did somethhing after a few hours of mincing.

please help Ive lost all channels and going mad trying to fix it

sorry to be so lame, im new to all this how do i go about a forced DL?

Ive done the reset from within the Installaion menu?

Its like its not locking on to the right source as if they changed it?

if that makes any sense, been on powering up for an hour so nothing happening there.
