missing channels

Hi All, i got a eurovox max just after xmas but have not had any joy with channels. i had at first 119 then they started ging missing till i was down to 25 or so, after that in Feb the channels came back but Few weeks later tehy all wwent missing again. i am in scotland and are served by Wright cable. any help would be good.

1. Press Menu
2. Press Installation
3. Press User Installation
4. Press Auto Scan (Red button).

Screen may go black for a short period, this is normal. Do not pres anything while it is like this. When the scan has finished, check your channel listing.

Goto your first channel 0001 (e.g. BBC1), drop down, this will let you see any new channels that have appeared. Quite often any new ones appear at the very end of your channel list.

Failing that, do steps 1 to 3 above and on step 4 press the Power Scan instead (yellow button).
