ive check the tutorial, but it i cnt find the program or the latest firmware,as the gmail drive does not work anymore.
can anyone send me the program and firmware plz?

Connect the cable betwen your pc & box
use Voxer to transfer the firmware

I'm not sitting in front of my own box ... doing this from memory ...

I think there's a eurovox tutorial on the link I gave you
