Just a question about differant areas for cdf files do they need to be specific for the area you live in to pick up the channels

If so does anyone have a glasgow .cdf they can suppy me with please

If failing that is it a case of putting firmware on and then power scan and then edit on voxer

Hi hope im right channel data file when you have sorted all your channels into the order you like you can connect the box to your pc with the correct lead upload and save your channel data. so if you have to reflash your box once done you can then download your cdf file back to your box and all the channels you sorted will be as they was before save a lot of time .

Sorry to butt in peeps, just a quick question re the .cdf file.

As well as sorting the channels, can you actually change the channel numbers? e.g I have roughly 240 channels, but would liketo renumber them to match what I'm used to (VM). That means for example Sly Spts 1 would need to be 511.

Sorry to say you cannot rename channel numbers with a EV.
