Default same ip, is this normal???

Hello,
No matter how many times i change Mac add's i still seem to get the same ip address once am connected to the internet. Is this normal?

The IP's are allocated dynamically, so when you disconnect your IP is released and when you re-connect (albeit with a different MAC) you get allocated the first available one - ie the one you just released.

cheers!, noticed one thing, if i changed the mac of modem, i still kept getting same ip, tried changing my overall pc mac addy using smac and took a while connecting but got a completely different addy.

Just been trying different things to sort this speed flactuations, fine in mornings but due to capping probably not so good at this times.

What do you think of these logs, get it everytime the modem is rebooted and before it connects.

Hello I guess it must be setup fine as for the first time i just hit the 10mg mark. Getting better after every reboot.
