Pace Di4001-N stuck on tune

This same problem happens to me. Your box is fine, you need to turn it off for around ten minutes and turn it back on and leave it on for 10 minutes it should bring on the channel.

hi all, i knw this is a very old thread but i didnt see the point in opening a new one. the problem im having is that i live in an analogue area. the mod box i have gets stk in tune.

now here the interesting part. when i take the box to a digital area and plug it in its still says tune but when i hld the ch- button it force boots and alls ok.get all the channels.

but when i try the same thing in my house. it gets stk on tune and if i try the ch- button it gets stk on ap:52.

the model is di4001nc. ive tried the reset and red jumper. i knw it wrk but just not in my house.

please help.

i would say that is some thing to do withyour cable connection

Yes signal problem check your connections, f connectors ,any splitters etc.

help please i have got the same problem .. box was working great this morn with basic channels .. i cut talkback and used my plug and play simm ..i was very carefull not to disturb anything else in the box .. now i cant get into engineers menu or do a force boot . when i power on it says pace for about 20 seconds then goes to tune and stays there .. t,v is just a black screen

AP:52 is usually a means the net id is wrong or not present , have you tried setting the net id via fun card method ?
