Hi,
Your motherboard has two DDR1 memory slots so will be limited to 2 x 1GB of DDR400 memory (PC3200).
The problem with the graphics is that it uses an older type connection (asrocks own AGI- basically an AGP slot) and will not take the latest PCI-E graphics cards.
Im not sure of the availabilty of cards for your board type (look for AGP 8x), but doubt that you will have much chance of getting anything that can run Farcry2 at anything like playable frame rates.
Rather than waste money on and old type card, you would be better off replacing the board with one that takes PCI-E cards and then you can buy the best card that your budget can stand. It will probably also allow you to use a larger amount of ram of the faster DDR2 type.

I would definately ugrade my mother board mate as the price of purchasing 2 x 1gb ddr1 sticks is around £40

This cost will not be much less then buying a new board £25 and 2 x ddr2 sticks £18 and with this you can always upgrade the memory

a 2gb ddr2 ram stick £17 actually cost cheeper than a 1gb ddr1 ram stick

hope this helps
