I have had problems with my box for many months but have managed to get by. However i am getting a bit pisssed with it and would like to fix it. Anyone got experience with hardware fixes and is willing to help please let me know.

The Problem.

1. Once flashed the box if reset manually will continue to reset its self every few minutes.
2. If the box is left alone after being flashed all is well, until out of the blue the channel information is missing from all channels.
3. After a while the box will freeze then reset continuosly until its reflashed.

Any idea on how i could fix this.

First thing to try is a different image - but it does sound like a hardware problem and probably not the most common tuner fault.

I think i will have to get rid of this box and get myself a new Nokia DBOX2 .
Anyone with hardware experience wanting to buy a cheap dbox for fixing please pm me.
Anyone with good info on where i can get Nokia Dbox2. Cheers
