It should have come with a disk complete with instructions and all firmware/tsop files.
There are different tsops for different models and different methods for different chipsets. So please post what year model they are and what chipsets they are. If you open the box you will see a 48 pin tsop beside the larger chip, it will say either ST or Intel. |

To be honest you are better of buying a proper Jtag kit with all the instructions and firmware/software you need. You will find one here for a few quid with all you need Tailor-Made Circuits
