HandBrake v0.8.5b1
HandBrake is an open-source, GPL-licensed, multiplatform, multithreaded DVD to MPEG-4 converter, available for MacOS X, Linux and Windows.
With this application you can use to convert DVD's to MPEG-4 videos. Adjust video output size output bit rates, You can put a DVD video on your iPod or any other MPEG-4 video capable device. Screen shot and download link below

This is a clever application for the Mac OS X - System Requirements MacOS X 10.3.9 or higher, Java 1.4.2 with it you can take pdfs and break them up into new pdfs or merge several pdfs into one. The interface is very visual and easy to follow. Screen shot and download link below
