Default Advice Please

Hi There,

I'm thinking about purchasing a eurovox max, but I am a complete novice to all of this and have a few questions, which I hope somebody could help me out with.

1. I currently have an active broadband connection with V1rG1n (with modem), but don't have the V1rG1n tv set top box. Can I run the Eurovox Max from the broadband connection alone?

2. If I can run the Eurovox Max, how do I set it up from the broadband connection?

Many Thanks in advance!!

you`ll need a splitter off your broadband connection m8
eBay.co.uk: 2.5m 2 Way Cable TV Splitter KIT Eurovox Starview Ntl (item 230150757695 end time 16-Jul-07 20:08:46 BST)

but some people who only have broadband seem to have low signal problems but you might be lucky m8.Or just upgrade to the 3 for £30 broadband, phone and tv

Thanks for the info ronster. If I was to upgrade to the 3 for £30 and get the tv as well how would I set the Eurovox up? Would the 2 way splitter still be okay to use?

yes you still need to keep the splitter and keep your subscribed box connected as it communicates with v1rg1n and will look at bit sus if your paying for it and not using it.just connect your splitter so 1 connection goes to your subscibed box and the other goes to the eurovox and you wont have any probs
