Hi everyone
I have a Samsung 2100 C that is just refusing to work. The box has talkback disabled and I have a funcard 4. When I go to the locked channels (e.g. Nat Geo Wild) I just get a black blank screen!! (altough it tells me what is currently showing) I try creating the exteep in two ways: One : Using RHV1 and Swapbinhex Two : by opening a rom 11 in nagraedit 4.1 and entering the IRD and BK and saving as a bin. But still no luck. By the way I have tried leaving the box to update for 1 hour but still nothing. I'm sure it is not that. Could you please help me fix this problem. Anyone please !! |

Could frquency and Net ID have something to do with my problem ??
I downloaded the list of fequencies and Net IDs from Mr Javed's site, is this the latest list ?? I set my fequency (first page in engineer's menu right ?) and Net ID according to that list. However I noticed that I cannot move down to edit the pin !!! In the Tutorial is says move down and set a pin, but the arrow does move down to pin after 4 fields it goes back up again !! So I don't know how I can set the Pin. Please help ![]() |

You have to short out the battery with a bit of wire, with power off.
Have you read the sammy tut. If you have bbc etc free stuff working, then net id and freq are ok, it must be something wrong on card, are you using the latest flash for you area ? |

Hi
Right I got a wire about 4 inches long --> striped the ends --> and placed on either end of the green battery inside the box. I closed my box up and powered the box on. I noticed this time the box took longer to load, after a little wait it brought up an update screen sayin [ please do not turn off your box its updating blah blah blah ]. Anyways after 10 minutes I got the free channels on and the little windows saying [ your Smartcard isn't inserted blah blah blah ] So I inserted my programed card waited 15 minutes, but still nothing. I have the same old problem with black screen for the locked channels Please help ![]() |

are you still getting this error message about a dislodged smart card? ok theres nothing wrong with the flash if your getting all the channels show up white in your t.v guide, what you need to double check is that your putting your ird number in backwards using RHV1 i.e if you ird is 3E 4C 55 6F then enter it 6F 55 4C 3E if this has been done prior to me typing this message then the problem lies somewhere else i.e you have incorrect box key or ird.

5av1dg312 putting ird number forward or backwards has never ever made any difference to any cards ive done opus funs tits atmegas or moscs, if he has correct freq and net id inputted and saved id say its a wrong boxkey, double check that, the 2100 should be no problem with chaos flash i think the 2110 had a problem with funs until the chaos flash came out ciwan
