pace di4001-n

HI

My friend has just brought a pace di 4001-n box
he is in a telewest area i read somewhere that these boxes don't
work in that area can anyone confirm this or can i just set the netid
for it to work? Thanks

well according to other members they do...but i know the 4001 wont work in a t/wonkers area, if its for a friend look for a 4000

SA 4200dvb - HARD TO GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED (READ TSOP56)
SA 8300 (TV DRIVE) - CANT GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED
PACE di4000N - (on CR3.2 software & only if you cant get another box)

For an exCW area:

PACE ditv1000
PACE ditv1000 Phase 1B
PACE ditv2000 - HARD TO GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED (READ 2 x TSOP48)
PACE di4000N
ANY PACE TELEWEST BOX (as far as I know!)
SAMSUNG 2100
SAMSUNG 2110 - CANT GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED

For PURE NTL area:

PACE 4001
PACE 4010
SAMSUNG 2100
SAMSUNG 2110 - CANT GET THE BK IF THE CARD ISNT PAIRED
I have also been told that the PACE 2000 boxes work here aswell to some extent, but I am unsure about other PACE docsis boxes (I would only use these as a last resort)

Can't get movies working on Pace 4010 after macro "4010 macro" any suggestioins. Software works fine macroed a sammy earlier. Cheers.

SO your movies not working paul. try the new mac that bubba uploaded its in the box, its much quicker.

no mac for 4001 unless hes doing that dal`s nvram trick

yeh about that mac does it work i tried it and got an error but i didnt have much time to play with it at the time so i ran the normal one. is there any instructions for it i didnt see any.

your mistaken the 4001 mac has to be used with a working 4010 to jump over using dals nvram trick,
