Envision/Dreambox 500c - How easy?

Right I've sort of decided to go for a 500c upon recommendation.

I have one real worry though, is getting one of these boxes set up and ready to use going to be too complicated for a complete, not very tech minded newbie?

I've been reading through threads and tutorials and have to admit I'm a little baffled!

I have been looking at other easy to set up boxes but I want a one with the correct 16:9 display.

Also do these auto update like other boxes when channels are
re scrambled?

The dreambox seems quite easy, the D-box is probably easier and has a better picture too. I'm told the Dreambox 600 is a better choice then the 500.

It's also unfortunately twice the price of an Envision! I may take the risk and go for it, it it ends up to difficult I can always whack it on ebay I guess!
