Default TB not cut green light flashing

I have just done a couple of sammy 2100c boxes where I have used Chaos v3 as a flash on a fun card all channels working including sky movies after jtag. However, I never cut the TB but my green light at front of box is flashing. Why is this.

check the TB resistors see if they been cut from previous. if not then could be faulty display.

Resistors look fine. I have checked to see if I can get anything from Filmflex. No luck does not let me in. These boxes I have are new. I set my frequency ID and pin without having to disable battery. Total confused.

if box has been moved from its orignal provider then mac address will not be recognised by vm's local headend so tb will not be allowed - hence the flashing light

Checked the DHCP in tech stuff on box says 'Return path is off' so no TB returningg. Strage as resistors are still conected. Would welcome any theories. Cheers.
