Replay Lite - updating keys problems

Hi Guys

i've encountered a new problem on my replay lite (thanks to all those who helped sort me out with how to update the keys and switch off auto update!)

basically, when i select

Menu
User Installation
Parental Lock
then press the red button to go to Key Manager

I get the option to select current key, and previously when i selected this i got the current key numbers, and if auto update option was on or off. From here i could press the blue "nagra" button to go and manually update keys

However, when i try to select the current key option now, the screen just refreshes itself - so basically i can't get past this screen.

Lost a few channels now and my mate who also has a replay lite has the exact same problem

Any suggestions/hints/tips?
