I heard from a friends son who works for v$%^in that theres a shakedown happening at the end of august, Im hoping its just BS.

thats interesting and might just explain something, have a friend who had his 2100 rented box moded, tb not cut, hes now lost the movies altogether, hes going to have to have it flashed, so it may have been a purge of sorts bubba

I really wished I had tried the movies channel on my subscribed boxes but it never occurred to me untill the movies came back on again.
It would have been interesting to see the results, did anyone else try this on a subscribed box?
