Maybe thats what the trouble was about yesterday with everyone losing the pin.

Hi guys

I live in West Yorkshire. All the movie channels are working, and I don't have to do anything ( no entering pin, no pressing red. nothing !!!) Although I did that after 9 pm I think it was 11 pm, if that makes a difference !!

checked my software version on box and it has downgraded itself back to 3_5_14 instead of being on 3_5_15 whats that alll about?

It would be interested to see what versions we have, I'm only 15 miles up the road from you so would expect something similar mate.

Have to press red to get pin box again in northants area (with macro) did not have to hit red button yesterday software 3_5_14

Box without macro no pin box

Mines 3-5-14 down south beds working fine, box comes up if you wait a 30 secs without touching red button.

You are right, just me being impatiant like you said took about 30 secs. The other box I tried with no macro still did not come up with pin box even after about 30 mins

I just connected up a 4001nc and it booted up to 3-5-15, all working. Try a reboot if its gone.
