It's safe to say that they are messing with the system....it's equally safe to say that they will do everything possible to stop people getting stuff for free.

Fingers crossed things will at least be as good as they were last week...free movies for all will be a bonus but I doubt that it stop that way for long!

Just checked software's been rolled back to 3.14 from 3.15. VM monitor these boards so I wonder if the pin fix not only fixed the subbed boxes, but obviously ours to, caused them to roll back. I suppose they only want to fix the subbed boxes. I wonder if there is an anti update mod for the 4001 in pure?

Post Re: Pin Problem - returned ?

Hi Guy's sorry to bleat on about this pin issue, but there seems to be so many methods out there. So far I thought ther was the JTAG pogo with a MAC file, now there seems to be a new funcard method using a pinbackflash?? Please can someone confirm how and if this new method works for PACE 4000n. If it is possible without using yet another odd cable?

Cheers

Atoz

PS where can I get this pinbackflash?

Pinback flash should work on 4000, I think the mac is more reliable.
