Default Eurovox 2008 - Ireland

Hey, just got the new version of eurovox today, when I connect it all up all I get is "channel not currently available". I from there cant get any channels. I have it connected correctly..I think..I try and do a powerscan and then for some of the time the meter bar shows 90% quality etc..but it seems unsuccessful??

Any ideas???

Do a power scan with symbol rate 6887.Better still get the channel data file and put it in yourself, hopefully if its a good file it will have all the favourites on it.

Thanks for that! The powerscan with 6887 works well! But how do I do this file thing? I'm not very advanced with these boxs! Thanks!

You would need a null modem cable, the DnUpman program and the channel data file. You can always organise the channels into favourites yourself, takes about an hour :-)

Yeah think I'll sort it myself! Thanks! hehe! But just another quick question.. How many channels should I be getting as I am getting around 140 at present?? All the main ones are there so I'm happy enough..

Yes,that is correct about 140,the box scans in about 144 but some of them are not broadcasting at the moment,Scuzz is one I can think of off hand.
