No sound on movie channels

Hi, I am looking for some help. I have 2 d-boxes One is a sagem d-box 2 the other is a nokia. Both have old images installed but work OK. They lose channels from time to time but a re-scan gets them back, but this is not the problem. The problem I am having is that on the sagem box some of the movie channels(premier etc) show the picture but I have no sound. When this happened on the nokia box all I did was hit the right button on the navigation bit on the centre of the remote and a small display came up at the corner saying NAR on ENG. and then the sound came back. But this function does not appear to be there on the sagem box. Unfortunately my nokia box packed in so I cant check the setting on this box.
Can anybody tell me if this is a setting that can be changed or is it down to the image on the box.
The image on the sagem is an old sportster image and the one on the nokia was one called pacino v 1.0.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.
P.S Anybody know who fixes d-boxes. I think my nokia has blown its power supply.

You could try pressing the Green button, that works on newer images

Thanx for answering. If I press the green button it switches to radio mode as did my nokia box. The image I have is an old sportster image. The image on my nokia is also an old image. Do you have any other ideas I could try.

I have managed to solve my problem. In case anybody else has the same problem, here is the fix.
Press the d-box button then select the settings menu. Go to the audio settings. Have the analog output set to stereo. If the digital dolby is switched on then turn it off.
Save the settings and the channels with no sound should now be fixed.
