if you are getting a blank screen try using a different exteep i had same prob with that rhv but works with toxic make sure ird is backward ie 12 34 56 78 to 78 56 34 12

i dont go into this rhv and toxic trouble using ird backward orfarward..1
get a rom image save it as .bin rather than saving in bn11 or bn10.
oprn that image with bagra edit write ird and bk. program your card in cas studio in the same way as you program a fun card normaly.
it works better than any other method

i know this is probably to late but when useing bke 2.2 when you put in the bytes ie 0x0086b6b0 8 leave out the last number 8 ie 0x0086b6b0 . i had an identical problem by the sounds of it and this worked a treat for me.something for the future eh. lol cheers.

this is the copy of the config1 file. but thexe are not the latest byte it is just an example the bytes i have given to you already are the working one

Type the new bytes in the same fashin ?
are you connecting the JTAg right and can connect throught STD.
I just use STD to check if the box is connected or not
