Default Couple of beginner questions...

Yeah, I literally found about this like (cableboxes) an hour ago and have been researching it since.

Just need clarifying a couple of things and it might sound a little stupid.

But do you need to be connected to a cable company (NTL, Virgin, BT etc.) for it to work or will it work with just a regular tv, meaning you just connect it to your tv aerial?

Minimum requirement is a broadband connection or a base TV package from your cable provider.

Yes ... as long as you are with a cable supplier who provides tv service such as vm

Just to clarify for Toomy,as long as you have a cable connection,you do not need broadband,you should be fine.

ah thanks for that .. just a quick question whilst i'm on, was on a football forum earlier and people were talking about eurovox and someone said:

You find a lot of rubbish on forums.Eurovox has been going continuously since January last year.The Starview and replay lite are always going down.

Hi, ive only joined this site and it looks like i found it too late ! As I have bought a starview box yesterday, are they really really useless
