Eurovox max Signal problem

Hi to All.

I seem to be having a problem with one of my two eurovox
max. My box in the living room is fine but my box in the bed room always comes up with no signal. It finds very few channels and those channels it does find are all pixelated. I have swapped the boxes around and did a firmware reset but no joy.

Any ideas anyone?

Hi when you set up the 2nd box did you connect it direct to the main cable feed when you did a full power scan if not give that a try as ive always done it this way and then connected to the splitter seems to work for me had no problems so far good luck .

Hi does your box in the bedroom have the latest firmware. If not update it then rescan in full not normal see if this helps as you dont say if your second box works fine when connected and watching on your main feed .
