Eurovox Beginner: No Sky Sports - HELP - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi Guys,

After doing some research on this site and after asking a few questions - thanx for your help - I today took delivery of my new eurovox maxV 2008 today.

I have just set it up and ran an autoscan - the only sports channels I am receiving are sky sports extra and eurosport. I have just ran another autoscan and the same thing has happened.

Now I am running my eurovox thru a broadband connection and a splitter - could this be where the problem lies?

Alternatively, can I enter the frequency codes manually and search for the missing channels that way.

Any help would be much appreciated.

you need to do a power scan not an autoscan and change the mode from normal to full this will find ALL channels

Thanx for that Ronster - gonna give it a go now. Just one more thing, will V**Gin have any idea that im using this box using a splitter and my broadband connection?
