I have recently got my eurovox updated via software but do not get the same channels or as many as before. Also some channels are asking for me to insert smartcard. ANy ides would be good to resolve this.

make sure when you do a powerscan that you have your box connected to the main feed coming into your house or it will reduce the amount of channels that you will recieve

also you have to switch to premium channel with new software to update ie sky sports
