Your image is screwed up some how, without actually getting to play with it, it is unlikely that you are going to sort it without using IFA (that is not to say that it could not be sorted some other way).

IFA does work, hundreds of people would testify to this, so if it does not work for you then you must have something wrong. Try downloading a new version from a different source and reinstall it. Is your current one the german version (german text ) or english).

Is your pc hard wired to the network or is it wifi?

Have you selected the correct network card in the drop down list (the middle one), this would be my guess as to why IFA is not working?

Have you confirmed the correct com port for the serial connection?

Are you using the serial connection? Do you have the correct lead?

Get IFA working and save yourself alot of heartache both now and in the future. It will save your bacon that time you just want to try something to see what happens, as most of the people on here probably do (me included)!

used ifa tonight, and flashed lincsats nov 30th image, direct to box and all working well, hopefully it will last

did you have to change the keys?

no keys changed here, im under the assumption that lincsat has already done that, still working tonight but not been 24 hours yet, dont know how often the keys roll though, that will be the big test
