i tried 339.000 and 395.000 still says no signal, but when i tried to manual scan 395.000 it just keeps flickering a red line from 5 to 28% indicating there isnt a good signal? all other frequencies are fine tho

I never waste my time with the manual scans, its never ever worked for me. If I can't get the channel than I do an autoscan and if that doesn't work than its a powersan and if thats fails than its a factory reset and powerscan > Full.

You can do a manual scan if you know the frequency number, search on the forums or on google and you should find the number for the channel that you search for,
