Hi there. New to the forum and didnt think it was that much of a technophobe until i bought this Eurovox Max V. I was wondering if someone could please help me before I loss my hair

Iv plugged a splitter into my broadband with the cable going into the RF slot on the back of the box. Iv also put the scart into the TV part and plugged into my telly. Power is on but when i start it up the standby light comes on and _ _ _ _ is displayed on the front. The remote control seems to be working okay but no buttons work on that at all.

Do you think it needs flashed? When i bought it said this was not necessary.

You're right, I think the box needs to be flashed

thanks mate, yeah the box needed flashed. managed to find the relevent software and all was well for a day. However today most of my pictures were jumpy so i tried to do a rescan and now its saying "no transponder to scan". all the cables are in right. im at my wits end, anyone any ideas
