Default card programming?

hi can someone please help me? I want to know how to program a card using my box key and ird? I know that you need these to program the card but where do you input this info etc? hope someone can help me thank you

Have a look at the funcard tut in the cable tv chat section it tells you what you need to know

hi m8 thanks for the reply. I read the tut but still really confused. I have a ntl pace box di 4000n and i have a funcard 4. I lost contact with the guy about a year and a half ago who programmed it everytime it went down and i have been trying to find out how to do it myself ever since but i just cant seem to get anybody help me how to do it. Can you tell me how to find out what software,programmer i need and how i program the card. Sorry m8 i know you dont want to explain everytime someone comes on here and asks but i would be very grateful if you could give me a big push in the right direction. cheers

first you need to buy a programmer there are plenty for sale on linssats shop there not a lot eles you can do until them

i know its just i want to find out what im doing first because i know my luck i will go out and buy and i wont be able to do it. I just want someone to tell me what im doing first. thanks for your reply

steve do you mind if i ask you a few questions and see if i can get some simple answers? this my help me find out what i need to know? if your busy or dont want to do this just say no i understand if people are fed up ofexplaining over and over again.

well am i correct in saying that all i need is my bk and ird and then i am ready to program a card. i have been told this on many forums if so how exactly do i input this on my card because all i see is flash,internall eeprom amd external eeprom. Is it just coverted into these and if so how do i do this? sorry m8 i am trying to keep it simple.

yes you need your ird&bk cut the talkback prog your card with ird&bk in the exeep use the latest flash for your area and your done it is explained in greater detail in the funcard tut

do i need to covert ird&bk into a bin file and put this in exeep? what is flash?
