when i open a file it comes up in foreign language. Also where is swapbinhex because it is not in there?

Click on this link it will ask you the user name and password.
usernam user
password 123456

as soon as you enter the password then click ok. it ill start downloading the swapbinhex file in zip formate for you. you have to unzip it using winzip or winrar (softwares).

That link is the easiest and best way to help. you dont now how many months it took me to just know that there is a device called JTAG....? You have to look around mate...! Every one here is trying to help but you have to strugle your self.
