Hi they are on in brum but they have been going off while they upgrade the broadband round here had to do a full power scan to get back last time. just auto scan and see if it picks them back up and check at the bottom off the list to see if they are there .

I also encountered this problem a few days ago (Manchester area) - AutoScan doesn't bring them back either.
Checking the frequency these two channels reside at, the strength is really low. I assume that I'm looking at a reset and PowerScan? Or, would deleting the channels and performing an AutoScan do the trick? As an aside, I've never been able to receive Sky Premier or Sky Sports Xtra - would anyone know the frequencies for these channels for someone in the Manchester area?
