hi my name is mark just got my eurovox max i have vm tv and broadband didn't get much information with it and dont know much about it really, have got most the channels up on it but cant find E4 should i put my virgin card into the eurovox box

you dont put your vcard into the eurovox. just claer the data on your eurovox... then do a full power scan... this will find your missing channels
