Thanks for the reply 5av1dg312 . Its an old pace box i have (model no:di4001n), how do you set your frequency or net i.d ?

You dont have enough posts to access the downloads, but you can do a google search, you need a file called net_id.

Have a read through the cable section, to give you an idea what to do, you need 5 posts to get access to downloads, all files and info in there.
