err codes

hi, my 2110 goes through the start up and then just stays on 2110 on the display?
any ideas?

My 4000 box will not get passed the boot up it now shows err11, er16 then er12 any ideas ?

Check you have a signal, cable connections etc.

Your net id needs setting, check in eng menu, or could be weak signal.
If net id is wrong read fun net id tut or libby tut in the sticky at the top of cable tv chat.

Give the card a clean and make sure its pushed fully in, otherwise hide digivox and give vm a call, ( i take it its your paid for box ?), they may be able to fix it without visiting over the phone.

im in an analogue area but on my 2110c i keep getting the 1203 error on a few channels like sly sports 1 and sly sports 3 amongst others. I get 2 and xtra with no problems at all.

any ideas guys??

Er11_ Unable to Tune to Home Frequency
Er12_ Unable to Tune to any of the last NIT defined frequencies
Er16_ Unable to tune to hardcoded frequency
